Meet the Owners

Ruben and Keneisha Monroe formed Forever Monroe LLC. The pair married in June of 2021. Keneisha Monroe is a primary school teacher in Orlando, Florida. She is also the company's manager. Ruben Monroe is a General Manager at two locations. He works as the company's chef. Chef Monroe was born in the city of Orlando, Florida. From a young age, he had a strong desire to cook. Chef Monroe was inspired to become a chef and manage his own business at such a young age. Chef Monroe loves to cook and is always keen to learn new techniques. The couple wants to start several enterprises together.
